The Winchester Climate Action Advisory Committee and Board of Selectmen hosted the Summit to promote collaboration among all Winchester organizations interested in environmental stewardship. In 2011, the Board of Selectmen adopted the Winchester Climate Action Plan to guide community action for reducing local greenhouse gas emissions. The Summit was a contribution to move us forward.
